Alert for Tom Petty fans....

He does a one hour deejay show on XM radio (The "Deep Tracks" channel) and I frequently listen in because he plays really good, kind of obscure stuff. He just said that he does not play his own stuff because he'd rather play for us his favorite stuff by others..

However in next week's show he intends to play nothing but his own stuff... some obscure, some new (not sure I heard him right on the latter point) but he's playing all his own stuff next week. Should be a blast for Petty/Heatbreakers fans! :thumbsup:

And those with Direct TV also get some of the XM channels, including Deep Tracks.

What I like best about Deep Tracks is that they play so much really good rock and blues that I don't hear enough. I think "X-Country" is similar... I hear lots of country and blues there that I like.
