They can be so debilitating, yet, treatment seems so haphazard to me. I mean you have to take the meds when you recognize you are getting one. Then you have to take the risk of taking the meds.

12. I had a horrible one today.

I'm able get sit up now around some light. But I thought I was going to die from the pain. I finally had enough medicine in my system to knock me flat for a few hours. Hate the damn things. I hope you feel better. :hug:

17. Ask your neuro. about taking large daily doses of CoQ10. It has *changed my life*. I am not

joking. I've had NO migraines in over five years after having them so bad that I had to stop working.
