1. Not to pester his hard working mom.
That would be a good assignment for said sick kid. Not to bother his mom too much. :-)

2. mmm, well I'm not working that hard, as you can see
part of it is that I just went back to work this week, and of course, that's when kids tend to get sick.

I shouldn't complain to much, he didn't get whatever was going around over the holidays...

4. Well, regardless....
I'm glad he wasn't sick over the holidays. Still a sick kid can be a burden sometimes...I know I probably was a burden to my mom when I was home sick.
