So, I just made reservations at the best sushi place in town

It's called Ginza and it's in downtown Salt Lake City.

This is probably going to be my SO and I's last "date night" for at least three months, because I head back to Boston tomorrow for at least 3 months of being apart-- possibly 5 if we can't afford to fly out for springbreak.

This is going to be sad. That, and any sushi place has to live up to my insane sushi-munching skillz :D
