Rome (the series) is returning to HBO! Any DU fans?

This series is awesome and I highly recommend it. If you have HBO, it's Sunday, January 14. This is the second season for which I have waited a LONG time.

2. Yeah Rome is a very good show.

The episode where Titus has to fight in the pit as a sentence for his crimes and Lucius comes in to save him is one of the greatest episodes from any show ever. Brilliantly done. I absolutely despise Atia.

It's kind of sleazy, but in a very good way. And the sets, costumes, and cast of thousands are AMAZING. :thumbsup:

6. I think it's pretty good.

It started off with a lot of soap opera bullshit but it got better towards the end.

How many episodes in an season? thirteen? That seems to be the run for an HBO season, the lazy bastards! :)

This will be it's last season, and in interviews the actors have said that knowing it only had this final year really freed them up to go all out, and go to a really visceral place.
