I am SO cold. I just can't get warm!
I am wearing fleece pants, a t-shirt, a turtleneck sweater, and a zip-front hoodie. I also have on thick fluffy socks AND slippers.

I just can't get warm. I already had a workout today, but I might have to do another one just to warm up.

2. Go take a hot shower...
It will warm you up. Then get into warm jammies and hang out in front of the computer with a blanket. I promise it will work.
Have a good day!!

6. I have to second you, Maine-ah.....
I was out painting my house on Thanksgiving weekend (it was in the 40's) for a few hours. When I came inside I could not get warm. Mr. Z. and one of the Zookids even snuggled with me to warm me up and it didn't work. The "cure" was a warm cup of tea.

5. Are you dieting by any chance?
Have you eaten enough food today?

If I don't eat, I feel cold. If I eat, within thirty minutes I am very warm.

7. Seconded
Eat something. Your body needs fuel, especially if you worked out.

9. First you need a cat

Then you do this with him for 5 minutes.

Apply to cold spots as needed.

13. Ugh, I hate that feeling!
Three suggestions: a hat if you're not wearing one, jumping jacks, and then some hot food or drink... Hope you get warmed up soon!
