Is when I'm doing something obvious...like reading a book, watching TV, doing the dishes, etc...dh will come in and say "Whatcha doin'?"

Did you vote for Bush (anybody who knows me realizes this is a stupid question ;-))?


Then of course there are stupid follow up questions-

Do you speak Spanish?

14. There are definitely stupid questions.

Over the summer we had a temp who we occasionally convinced to do a lunch run. One day my boss orders a turkey club on toasted white, I ordered turkey on toasted rye, another guy orders pastrami on toasted wheat, and my then-girlfriend ordered grilled cheese on white. The temp actually asked her if she wanted the bread toasted.

Don't even think of telling me that this is an understandable mistake. Just don't.
