I have had a lovely couple of days...

i spent friday with my gf and some lesbian friends ..

saturday, we went to see bykes and hung out with my brother..and went to see some live music

today we are just being homebodies..

1. Fantastic.

Made the three-borough trip (Queens, Manhattan, Brooklyn) in one day for the first time ever, met some cool people, got wasted beyond belief, then enjoyed the long train ride back home.

2. It's been quite busy.

Friday night we met up at a bar after work with our buddy and his bf. They just got back from spending the holidays in Argentina and the Arctic Circle, so they wanted to share some pictures and tell us how much of an amazing time they had.

Saturday I took my suit to get altered for my nephews Christening next weekend. After that we went to TGIFriday's (they have big, cold Bass on tap) since we now live in the burbs. After wasting away two hours of slow and poor service, we made our way to the movies and saw "Dreamgirls". I cried for almost the entire movie. I'm gay that way.

And today...pretty much taking it easy. My hubby's at the grocery store because he likes doing things like that. I'll workout a little later. I have tomorrow off because of the holiday, so it feels like I'm in the middle of my weekend.

12. Lonely & boring

It's been raining & sleeting since Friday. So I'm iced in at home alone.

At least I'm warm & the pantry is well stocked. I'm glad I don't have to get out & try to drive in that crap.

Sick as a dog since Friday, and my roommates had a party Friday night (which resulted in a hole in our wall).

15. Cooked, cooked, and cooking some more

Interspersed with a killer hangover (yesterday), lots of NFL playoff games, some :smoke:, and some sex...All in all, a very, very good weeekend :)

17. Pep band freaking rocked. Saturday's game was awsome.

I sat there for five hours playing and sitting between two guys that I have crushes on. Yeah. It rocked. Our boys lost but the girls won! Yeah!

...insomnia...took a sleeping pill that made me feel weird...and now I'm depressed.

19. Went to a wedding on Friday night.

Worked Saturday. At work again today. :(

20. Excellent so far.

Friday - watched the movie Idiocracy (holy crap this was some funny shit).

Saturday - Went to the Neurosis / Red Sparrowes concert at the El Rey Theater, then went and hung out with some friends in Santa Monica and got drunk.

And right now I'm watching the Chargers - Patriots game.

Had to be in at work at 5 A.M today . . so that sort of limited my weekend experience. . .

Next weekend will be better... over dued Christmas gift and lunch and movie with my Mom . . . just gotta survive work .
