1. By all means
Run out and stock up on milk, bread, and toilet paper. I'm not sure why, exactly, but these three items are necessary to survive a snowstorm in Pittsburgh.

2. And candles and/or flashlight batteries
plus a flashlight if you don't have one already. My sister was stuck in the great ice storm in Montreal a few years ago, and she was out of power for like a week.

3. Yes, go out, buy milk and treats....
then sit back and relax at home.

(Are we due for a snowstorm? I didn't know.)

4. Winter storm warning from 6PM tonight to noon PM tomorrow
Up to 8" of snow, so they proclaim. :(

The last time they got even remotely up to 8" was at the adult novelty store...

6. Hey!
I just changed the hinges on my laptop. It was easy to do. Now I can see the screen without having to prop it up against books or pillows. Just wanted to tell ya, and to thank you for the assurance you gave me that I could do it.

:hi:

(Now go get some milk so that you can have hot cocoa when the storm hits. And get some snacks, too.)

9. Yes, you must make the "storm run". I think it's a MN/ND state law.
Up in Brainerd, we aren't expecting so much as a flake.

Cold tomorrow night though....20 below.

10. Forget the milk. Make sure you have plenty of booze and snacks.
I once had to snowshoe to 7-11 for mixers.
