As much as I like the Saints, I feel that Da Bears will win this game easily.

No, no and no. This is a football game. The NO residents may be entertained for an afternoon but in the big picture it means nothing.

2. I think I want the Da Bears to win, but....

I think NO is going to win. Da Bears I don't think are as good as their hype and their offensive line is erratic at best. NO has consistency throughout their offense and defense.

The line will change (by Sunday it will be Bears 3 1/2 to 4 - just because there will be more Bear money and the lines will change accordingly).

Anyway, I am biased but I like the Bears. The Bears can run the ball, too. They are at home.

But mostly, the Bears have 3 fewer losses right now. The are no longer dominating on defense but they can score. Also, on offense the Saints rely on their speed. There is not a faster team in football than the Bears and you cannot run outside on them. Ask Ron Mexico how much he likes playing against the Bears.

5. Hard one to call

Unless Chicago's defense returns to form a little, I see the Saints winning. It might look like the Eagles game.

I'm still sad over that Eagles loss, even though it was a good season considering. Guess it was how it happened. There were a couple of bad calls by the refs and more mistakes in the playoffs from Reid (who I'm still not sold on yet,) but when the defense gives up more than 200 yards rushing, you aren't going to be in a good position. It all went downhill after the Saints scored right after Westbrook's TD.

Next year, the Eagles must beef up the defensive line, linebacker, and fullback spots. And resign Garcia or another capable backup.

Oooohh! The Saints are a team of destiny and all that crap. The NFL realizes it can get more money if they hype up a SB matchup of PRodigal Son Manning versus the New Orleans Saints America's Team of Destiny. So to make this more exciting Manning has to beat the Big Bad Guys of the NFL (currently the NE Patriots) and take the next step, but he will be unable to pull off the defeat of the *god* blessed Saints. And Manning will be unhappy but say "If I couldn't win, I'm glad my Dad's team was the winner..."

The NFL pulled this same stunt when the Raiders (read: Terrorists) played the Patriots in 2001. Do you really think America was going to have the Patriots lose?
