Poll question: Okay, so the majority says you'd date somebody with eczema...
How about a one night stand with somebody who has an eczema outbreak?

2. I have a friend with eczema. Honestly, it doesn't seem gross or anything to me
However, he does tear up his legs scratching sometimes. However, my friend is a guy, so Idk.

5. Now before I get slammed as homphobic,
I've been denied not just one night stands (back in the day), to even basic dates (never mind LTRs or anything which scares men of any orientation off :eyes: ) because I mentioned I've got the E-word.

Just like the stigma AIDS once had, ezcema is not contagious and it's infinitely riskier for me than the other partner (regardless of gender). It's only a risk to them if they decide to touch then smear or lick any blood oozing out of me, which only happens immediately after scratching. And if they wanted to lick or smear blood, let's just say I'd be the one saying "no" :spray: .

Does wonders for one's self-esteem and faith in the world... At least I understand why people lie to get into bed. (doesn't mean I'll stoop to their level, but no doubt some would think that too.)

9. as I've said many times before...
...there are good people out there for you, HT. You, it seems, have met an awful lot of cruel and hateful people in your life :(

4. Nope, Not, Hell No!
I wouldn't have a one night stand with somebody without it either.

7. Are you sure it's eczema?
I have been a mess with it for the past 17 years. Tried everything for it. Finally went to a dermatologist, and guess what, I don't have eczema I had a skin allergy! Am allergic to grass, cats and dust mites. Got some medicine for it which was way better than my eczema stuff. I can't believe I wasted all of those years treating it as eczema when it was something else.

Hope this helps! As an aside, the newest Next Top Model suffered horribly from psoriasis for many years and wouldn't wear shorts or a tank top out in public. She just found a new treatment and just won the contest.

8. Why are you posting a picture of Skeletor with Tyra Banks? Skeletons can't get eczema.
