hemp seeds and hempseed oil. Not for growing, but as a replacement for flaxseed.

11. You can find it almost anywhere here

I get it at the grocery store because it's cheaper than the health food store. It's in liquid form, not capsules, so I either mix it with salad dressing, or a bit of lemon and use that as salad dressing. Along with the hemp seeds. :-)


There is Hempola salad dressing, too. I've never tried it, because it's fairly expensive, and cheaper to do it my way. :P


I almost forgot I also bought some hempseed flour the other day. I'm gluten free, and bought it as an alternative to rice or chickpea flour. I haven't used it yet.
