I think your hair looks fantastic, too. I really had the serious flipped back look going after a 'Princess Di' cut that was a disaster, to say the least. Your hair looks so thick, mine was always so thin and I couldn't get it to hold curl to save my life. But then my junior year right before that pic was taken I got the princess di cut and an even worse perm and it was a nightmare. I have PTSD just from bad hairstyles, lol.

I think you are cute as a button in that pic. :)

I probably had Sun-In'd it in that picture. It grows in very dark and naturally lightens up in the sun, but since I was sixteen I've always done something to it just for fun.

I had some serious Sun-In disasters. Mine always turned out the color of bozo the clown, pure sherbet orange, but I kept on doing it still in all.

base or an "ash" base. I'm supposed to be ash and my hair lightens up very easily. Too easily. Also it's very thick and strong so it can take a lot of abuse and still look smooth and shiny. It's probably my best asset, the others being rather inconsequential.

I've always thought ash blonde was so pretty. My hair has always had a reddish tint underneath so that is why it always went orange with sun-in. When I was born it was very red. I was like a baby bozo although it doesn't show up too good here.
