Stupid question! How do I create a jewel case insert for a burned CD?

Never tried this before, and I'm irritated monkeying around in Word. I found a couple of templates online, but nothing I can download at work. Anybody know an easy way to do this? Thanks!

2. What software do you have to use?

Asthmaticeog's measurements are for a single panel (they're in inches, by the way). Multiply the width for each fold you might want to make. I personally just design mine in Photoshop.

10. I just tried doing it and I couldn't.

I can't find a way to key in the dimensions in Word. Maybe in Paint you can do that when you open a new file? I don't know Paint.

I got Word and Paint. I don't even know how to make those measurements in Word! What do I do??

Automagically adds album art and list track names and numbers.
