What is the most effective product to get rid of a headache?
I've had a headache since earlier this morning. I would certainly like some relief from this headache.

1. Sometimes a nap is the only cure
Which may not be possible. Ibuprofen and water.

2. Depends on the kind
Sinus headache I take cold medicine and drink lots of water ...

back of head type, usually related to upper back tension, hot baths, or heating pads, and ibuprofen or aspirin.

Dehydration often causes me headaches, too.

3. Send him to work.
;)

Advil and a couple of glasses of water usually help me if it's a tension/dehydration headache. Tylenol and a decongestant seem to work better for sinus headaches.

4. Apply directly to the forehead
I don't know how good it works but as a gag I bought my wife some HeadOn for Christmas.

Try Goodies powders it works for everything. If not that blast it with Aleve.

9. For my worst headaches...
I take 3 ibuprofen, drink a full glass of iced tea (caffeine can be helpful for certain kinds of headaches) and lay down in a dim room with a cool wet cloth on my forehead. A short nap works every time. Hope you're feeling better soon!

But if you'd prefer to keep the head, I find Tylenol Extra Strength works pretty well.

formula of Tylenol Sinus.

28. Industrial Strength Tylenol
Sorry...the prescription kind with Codeine and tylenol.
Two #3s and you won't give a flying fornication.

Hot steamy towels or heated buckwheat pillows on the face work well too.
The "Hottie" Bodywrap by Bucky, available at www.uncommonscents.com is good for the face, the neck, the back to help relax to go to sleep, is good for lots of stuff.

Buckwheat heatable pillows are just awesome and much better than wimpy heating pads.
