I am so ignorant about the instrumentation of rock bands today. Please advise. Don't some current bands have horns? I was sure I had seen some very popular current rock bands on TV that have several horns in the front line. Yes? No?

Mostly it's guitar, bass and drums, with the occasional keyboard thrown in.
