What's for dinner?

I'm whipping up some ciabatta crostini with olivada spread for a starter, and then oregano pesto cavatappi with chicken for the entree. Pictures to follow.

1. Probably leftover homemade lasagna from last night

I made it with 5 kinds of cheese, chopped fresh mushrooms, zucchini, onions, sliced italian sausage, lean ground beef, and homemade sauce from fresh Roma tomatoes. Mmmmmm. :)

4. Beef Brisket

I cooked it Sunday as a pot roast with some red wine. Potatoes and carrots on the side.

Some garlic bread and a salad on the side. I splurged on some strawberries this week (they aren't in season in Wisconsin--go figure).

:P That's normally his responsibility. But I'm fixing barbecue chicken and caesar salad. :)
