What's for dinner?
I'm whipping up some ciabatta crostini with olivada spread for a starter, and then oregano pesto cavatappi with chicken for the entree. Pictures to follow.

1. Probably leftover homemade lasagna from last night
I made it with 5 kinds of cheese, chopped fresh mushrooms, zucchini, onions, sliced italian sausage, lean ground beef, and homemade sauce from fresh Roma tomatoes. Mmmmmm. :)

I ate almost exclusively breadsticks from pizza hut, salad, tater tots, and granola (I was a really healthy vegetarian).

You're way too ambitious!

Just some tomato soup and toast. Maybe a slice or two of cheese to go with it. I'm just not up to cooking much else tonight because I think I'm coming down with a cold.
