19. I use the Grab application
It gives you the option of capturing the entire screen or just the portion you select.

It's the icon 5th from the left in my dock pic.

thats what I did too, you must be better at selecting the dock than I am.

Well, close, first I took a screenshot, then used grab.

here is the result of using only grab.

22. It is fucking fast on intel Macs compared to CS2 under Rosetta.
You need a serial for CS2 for it to work for more than a few days. There is a crack floating around that bypasses the serial number nonsense..

Edited on Wed Jan-17-07 07:01 PM by jasonc
CS is that I have a purchased version. These things are so expensive that I cant buy a new one everytime they come out with a new one.

edit: Wait a minute, you mean I need a CS2 serial to get the CS3 beta to work? Thats crazy...

27. It will only work for a few days if you don't have a CS2 serial..
And if you do have a CS2 serial you have to go to adobe.com and give them your number and they give you a new one for CS3.. It is total bullshit. I have a legit version of CS2 and I just used the Crack.

sorry, but thats sort of funny.

I remember way back in the day, I made that same mistake and wondered why my pic didnt show up.

you have to upload it to a host, then paste the url here, then it will show up.

www.imageshack.us works well, just copy and paste the direct link to your post.

iMac set to 1024x768. The icons are actual size when I mouse over them. :) With that many icons, even with dock size set to max, the icons don't get any bigger.

I use the first 2 for creating PDFs and the third for testing and reading PDFs.
