Poll question: Favorite Lunch Meat?
I'm going with ham. I thought I didn't like it, but I tried it again today...it was like a revelation. Man, was that good!

7. Montreal Smoked Meat. Best bought at a deli in Quebec or at
a deli near our house. The owner flies it in from Quebec.

15. Thanks!
A couple of years ago, I lived in that neighbourhood - right across the street from Mountain Equipment Co-Op.

17. Cool! Love Mountain Equipment. We're a bit north of the
Oliver area in Queen Mary Park.

My husband used to work in the MEC when it was Safeway years ago. It put him through University. We can't go in there without getting stories about "the good old days".

11. Liverwurst.
I just can't resist a big liverwurst sandwich with onions, hot mustard, and a slice of good, stinky provolone cheese on an onion roll. Eating this sandwich will make you a social pariah for the rest of the day, but it's worth it! :9
