1. Just installed it tonight.
Then I had to wait for two patches to download, with takes forever with my router's firewall. And now my server is currently being rebooted. I'd have to go through all that stuff playing basic WoW anyway, but geez it's annoying.

2. I'd rather not talk about it atm.
Yes, I have it. Yes, I've installed it. Last night the world server crashed until I got fed up. Not even bothering tonight...although apparently it is working well enough that I'm being dissed by someone I'd rather be chatting with.

Coming in second to a fucking game...story of my life.

I'll play during the day when there isn't a 300+ queue just to get on.

3. It took me over a year to wean myself...
...off World of Warcrack. Four level sixty characters and a threatened divorce later, I managed to kick the habit, but only by uninstalling the game and smashing the CD it came on. I am now desperately trying to avoid noticing the Burning Crusade every time I wander around Best Buy, CompUSA, Circuit City etc etc etc.

If I succumb to this temptation, I'll be lost forever.

4. Smart man...
It has consumed most of the past two years of my life (and the life of my husband and two brother-in-laws). Luckily I've just got so burnt out on it, that I don't really care much anymore. But part of me wants to go upstairs and play with them right now, but I'm resisting the urge. I liked the questing part the best, and now that you can get to level 70, it is tempting me again. arg.

I have two level 60s a druid and a warlock.

5. I enjoyed the questing most as well.
That's why I had so many level 60s (Pally, Priest, Mage, Thief - with a couple of others at lower level). I got a bit bored with all the logistics of arranging 40 person instance runs, particularly the endless hunting for "epic" items. It started to feel a bit like "Barbie's Fashion Show" after awhile, which made it a bit easier to cut the cord.

The prospect of new quests is a powerful draw, though, so I must be strong and resist.

6. Damn.
I here you. I have a kid in Kindergarten and a 9 month old. I stopped reading, as all my free time is spent playing the game. I forced myself to take out 3 books at the lib today---we'll see if I read them as when the kids went to bed what was I doing---playing the game.
