He just happened to live only 1.5 miles from here, so I called him right away, and SCORE!

We picked it up this evening, and it is in a cozy part of our garage now!

People on Craigslist have been running this for years. What they do is promise you a free chest freezer, but first you have to provide them with enough ice coolers to keep their food safe until they receive the new chest freezer. So they have you order these coolers online from Nigeria, then they keep the coolers and the ice chest, and leave you stuck with the bill for the rotting food. Or something like that. My aunt's sister's son fell for that one. It was messy. He's barely gotten his life back together now, let alone his Boca Burger stash.
