Drunk Man Enters Tiger Cage - Tries To Share Bag Of Chips With Tiger - Bitten
<snip>

A VISITOR who entered a tiger enclosure at a Siberian zoo while drunk has been bitten on the arm after attempting to share a pack of chips with the big cat.

The man entered the enclosure and ``tried to feed the tiger some kind of potato crisps. The predator bit his arm,'' said Novosibirsk zoo director Rostislav Shilo.

The victim escaped without serious injury and won't be filing a complaint against the zoo.

``There are no claims against the tiger either,'' he added.

Shilo said people could not always be stopped from entering cages containing dangerous animals.

``This is the visitor's choice: He can put his head on a train track, or he can go in with the tiger.''
