I read that life on Earth (the most basic, one-celled critters) didn't appear until three billion years ago. Think of all those eons passing with no life on the planet...

if you add it all together (40,000 with 5 extra zeroes= 4,000,000,000) at 4 billion years. It's kind of disingenuous to think that these people are so ignorant to ignore all the many, many signs that surround is of the age of this world.

My ex best friend raised and bred dogs, and yet can't grasp (anymore--she used to be intelligent until she got stupid) basic genetics. Other scientific evidence, including the fact that stars are billions of light years away and that the light from them takes that amount of time to reach earth, and the physics of fossils and the creation of diamonds require a very long time to compress, shows that even these simple but compelling factoids (that even an 8 year old can comprehend) make anything and everything these idiots believe completely ridiculous.

If these people don't die out from simple mental attrition, they will eventually die from rejecting scientific technology.
