Watching the best Western movie ever made.

High Noon on TMC. Anyone else watching? Gary Cooper and Grace Kelly. And Tex Ritter singing the theme song. Brings back a lot of memories.

1. Love that final minute before the train whistle.
But my favorite western scene is from "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly" when Eli Walich is searching the cemetery.

2. GBU is far superiour


Directed by one of the only two men who know how to make "Westerns", Sergio Leone (the other was Akira Kurosawa), and the score by Ennio Morricone...it doesn't get better.

If not, then it is not the best Western. Didn't they dig a trench for him so he could walk level with his leading lady? :)

4. I'm partial to "The Sons of Katie Elder"
Mostly for the nostalgic feelings it brings back of watching it when I was a kid.
