I think I need to take a short break.
So, what's for dinner?

1. We're making Crab Bisque and |
|
marinated London Broil with corn on the side. We've never made Bisque before and boy does it smell good!

4. There's plenty to go around, buddy. |
|
We saw Ina on "Barefoot Contessa" make some shrimp bisque earlier today and we got inspired.
I'm starving, too. All I had today was some Cheerios at around noon (we slept in today).

5. OMG that sounds wonderful! |
|
I should cook more. It's really hard to get excited about cooking for one, though. Mostly because you have leftovers for days and days and days. I have cauliflower soup in the fridge -- eaten it three days IN A ROW and I still have some.
Maybe I'll go make some lentils and some couscous; those are easy to make in small quantities.

9. I want something with red potatoes. |
|
I can't decide if I want roasted red potatoes with rosemary and garlic, or if I'd rather make a soup.
I should figure that out, dinnertime is creeping up on me.

10. How cold is it where you are? |
|
Potato soup sounds nice when it's cold out.
