Well, actually, I got my print driver issue fixed on my own without having to bring it to a techie. But I wound up cleaning over 1000 corrupted files on my PC, optimized the performance, and finally got the computer to recognize the hardware and complete loading the software updates. Two weeks ago the printer worked and then one day it no longer recognized the print drivers without anyone touching the settings.

This whole ordeal took me close to two weekends to clear up. But now I can print and scan and copy and fax again. And my PC is working faster than when I bought it.
