isn't deployed yet. We're just getting litttle dinky webcam-equivalent pics at this point. But they're still MARS pics!! Yay!!

when the machine is fully up and running in a few days, then we start to get color pics. I believe they will also be coloring these early pics as well.

5. Color Requires A Lot Of Radio Bandwidth |

The black and white photos are from the low gain (low bandwidth) antenna.
As soon as the high gain (high bandwidth) antenna is deployed, color should be possible.
