I have to say, as I go along this recent path of spiritual exploration.... the bible seems more and more like BS. Any kind of structured religion makes no real sense.

I haven't given up on the god concept altogether, but the attempt to humanize him/her and make us all feel like crappy sinners by comparison, I don't like it. Naked twister is a reasonable substitute.

but back to my point. Gawdess is and is in everything. I'm interested in becoming a witch. I've ordered books. I'm talking to witches. I might already be a witch. (kind of like you may already be a winner)

I'm through with organized religion except for the social aspects. I'm thinking maybe finding a UU church. You might be a Russian Orthodox. There is one church here. I've been to it. I didn't care for it. I am not a person who will fit easily into a church. But I like people. I like people who aren't straight laced about life. I like liberals. I like people who don't take simple ideas and try to apply them to every day life without sifting them through the critical thinking sifter.

I do need to go to bed.

I went to church this morning. I go sometimes. But, I just find the sermons not even a little bit inspirational. I find the message would often be quite obvious to anyone that has critical thinking skills.
I really just go cause I like to see bunch of peopl who believe in something together. Even if I don't. That's my spiritual experience. Plus, I like the singing.

organization where I could believe fifty percent of what they told me was Truth. The hunt isn't over but I'm taking a hiatus while I attend to Life. God will understand.

I like the singing too. For that reason I wish I were Russian Orthodox.
