AAAUUUGGGHHHH... the sister who is on the Dr. Laura kick...
is now saying she is pro life.. after having 2 abortions
and when i was preggo with my second my mom mentioned abortion because we were very tight with money and living in a 2 bedroom apartment(still are) and my sister throws that in my moms face saying things like "well you wanted to kill baby will"
what is going on with my sister!!
augh...
she used to have a mind of her own but she has gained alot (over 100 pounds) of weight and just isn't happy anymore so she has totally lost herself .. she used to be against hunting..
now her redneck hubby goes hunting and she cooks up the kill..
she is reading dr laura when she used to laugh at women like that...
and now she is turning pro life????
i just cant stand it anymore!!!!

1. I'm always so saddened by women who become clones of their husbands
Which is what it sounds like here and which is what my daughter did when she married a Kansas Republican. I think what happens a lot is that women feel this need to support their husbands and they go overboard on it, mistaking having other viewpoints with somehow being disloyal or something.

Very sad - all people should have a mind of their own and their own opinions rather than parroting somebody else's.

And the term "pro life" really irritates me, insinuating as it does that anyone who respects the right to choose is somehow "pro death."

3. Mine is too - I know what you mean
But I like to think his attitude has changed because he's seen the light and not because he's just making me happy.

But if not, I'll suck it up and be a hypocrite. ;)
