The Idiot In Chief (i.e. GWB) watches the West Wing (well according to a news story I came across while browsing Yahoo News archives). This has to be a made a up story, it has to be. I mean for one thing I really really don't think he could understand any of the big words and for another the thought of that *thing* watching my favourite TV show makes me ill. Please reassure me that this isn't true (also is it really bad that I'll look up and the Whitehouse briefing is showing on CNN and I keep expecting to see CJ there instead of Tony Snow?)

I'm sorry - this on top of being told I'm a "communist from an stupid little island" by a classmate today for saying I thought state supported healthcare was a good idea it has just not been a good morning.

We have all 7 seasons on DVD. That is one show I would have been completely happy to keep on watching forever. *sigh*

5. Hmmm..... I read a recent post about that

It said that the entire cast except Martin Sheen were invited to visit their alter egos at the White House. Sheen was relieved he wasn't invited.

I also read in some damn interview with him that he claimed to be reading Doris Kearns Goodwin's book Team of Rivals about Lincon's cabinet. I don't believe that for a minute. First of all, it's a grown-up book with few pictures and lots of pages with words on them.

Second of all, it's about a President who had the good sense to assemble a team of diverse people from all sides of the political spectrum for a Cabinet, a completely alien concept to Dubya even if he could understand the big words.

Comfort yourself with the knowledge that he can't possibly understand it.
