1. Noxin and Evor are my personal favorites. They sound the best.
Noxin sounds pretty evil.

it's hard to describe. something along the lines of politics for the past few years until the last election, a little different, with an urgency of physical revolutionary acts. although the political parties are present, they will be more like samuri/mafia -godfather and all the familyish honors of the mafia, but no guns, just knowledge to use whatever they have in their hands, be it a sword or a baseball bat. and they blacksmith their own weaponry hy hand, using coal and steel from beside the railroad tracks.

before the elections, tensions escalate. a few fights break out between gov't officals on the job. Electon is over, the 'good guys' break even, but don't fully win. the villain team starts sabotage and poisonings to blue guys in red states. All hell breaks loose.

now it may seem very un-peacelike at first, around the country things are civil, few citizens fight with the blacksmithed stuff alongside the politicians (unless they have a deathwish),but do get into some fighting on thier own. but the incumbent national level government officals and members of the nonincumbent parties seeking to overthrow/impeach are always the ones in the big fights. Warfare ranges from dirtclods to snowball fights, to food fights and waterfights, to swordfights and paintball. None of those massive legions of men dragged out of their homes against their will, but the civilians voluntarily revolt in mass. No high-number cassualties, just injuries, although an occasional good guy is killed, but quite soon avenged, and it ends there, when the big egg, or the boss, is toast. and these politicians in the end will go to the bar and have their beers.

or something like that.

6. I love the sentiment, but it risks seeming trite IMO
If you're not careful, it'll look like you threw a story together just so that you can spring a surprising backwards name on the reader, which likewise seems a little hackneyed. All the moreso because the names are obviously artificial and will automatically invite the reader to try to decode them.

If you're really fixated on a bit of name-juggling, might I suggest Burton Halley or the like? It still conveys a similar resentment toward certain interests but isn't quite as immediately apparent as a simple reversal.

Just my $0.02.
