7. Vent/Road rage at the homeless GENIUS
Has to work better than the "Handguns for the Homeless" campaign.

BTW-I don't know if they are doing this in Texas but there is a thing called "re-investment"- another clearing out of the state hospitals. This time we will pay their rent and utilities. It depends on who you ask but the theory is that the MR/MH do better in the society and not surrounded by others in a ward. And it is cheaper than sustaining huge facilities. Just thought you should know.
