1. Oh you lucky....

I'm counting the days till summer. No vacations for the Grumpy's!!!

Me, I have to fake it. I take a hot, hot shower and then use suntan oil instead of lotion. It works and puts me in a better, more sunny frame of mind.

It's just cold here in St Louis. Well, cold by St Louis standards. I think it's 29 or so with some wind.

3. 'Morning from snow country!

We got about 6 inches last night. Now we're getting a little ice. Beautiful storm though,and now I can try out my snowshoes! Yesterday I saw a beautiful red fox taking a stroll on the lake. :hi:

6. Last night..

I called my friend up, talking about our class scuedules believing classes were about to begin. Then he asks me what the hell I was talking about :silly: ... Apparently classes start a week from tomorrow...So I'm pretty happy! Considering it might have been abitch driving this morning...

6 days without power and a grumpy ex. They're fun if the power doesn't go out here in the South. Everything closes.

I've been fighting something off for weeks and I wasn't doing too bad until late Saturday night. Yesterday was wretched and today isn't starting out too good either.

I just called in and I'm gonna take my advice too and go back to bed for a while.
