Am I the only one who isn't going to watch the SOTU tonight?
I just can't stand to watch that son of a Bush w/o feeling ill. It's not just the bullshit he says (which raises my blood pressure) but his mannerisms repulse me. I plan on reading about it after but I just can't tolerate the actual event.

2. Hell, I'm watching it just to see ol' Cheney squirm.
Screw Bush and his human-animal hybrids.

4. I'm missing it
not that I want to though, our tv is out....I will probably read the text of his speech, and see if anyone posts snippets of his speech in the political video forum

6. You are not alone.
My aunt can't even hear a reference to him (without his name being mentioned) without letting out a stream of words that could never be aired on television. I don't say much, but I can see why Elvis once shot his television set. It would be therapeutic if and only if I could spare my televison and get some frustration out. Otherwise, I'll avoid it like the plague. I just hope the son of a Bush doesn't cut the end of NCIS off. If he does though, it's not like I can do anything about it. He has way too much power and has abused it in much worse ways already.

10. I'm not sure anymore...
I was planning to watch the SOTU but I just talked to my sister. She bought a leather jacket at Penney's for $30 that was originally $150 and some $30 shirts for $6. Shop? It's mighty tempting. I hate the little bastard so much, maybe shopping would help my blood pressure.

18. So I went to Penney's
I couldn't find any leather coats or cute tops -- guess that's the difference in markets. Oh well. It was a cheap shopping trip as I spent no money!

in foregoing tonight's farce. I have the same adverse reactions to his face, mannerisms, voice, and overall idiocy.

13. Try to catch Sen. Webb's dem response.
The text of his speech has been leaked and it's supposed to be great. Webb's son is in Iraq, and the circulating quote from it is "Bush took us into this war recklessly".

15. I haven't been able to listen to one since he got selected
but....this year I want to see Madame Speaker sitting in her rightful seat. That is worth having to endure listening to *. Maybe I'll turn down the sound and just watch Speaker Pelosi.
