down in the lower left there will be a link to "view block list".

It does not give you the person's ignore list, but the list of folks they have actually blocked from replying to them.

Click on a user's profile and copy the last number in the url -- that's their user id. Go to this link:

and replace the last number with the poster's id. Bingo, you have their block list.

That would be a hack indeed. Especially if the bot populated, say, a realtional database fronted by a simple query form that would allow people obtain the result sets of their personal interest. Not that I would ever advocate or applaud such a misquided application of computer expertise, of course.
