What do the little blue X's in the little gold blocks mean?

Because of heavy traffic on DU, some features might be turned off and graphics take longer to load than a simple text feature like the little blue x's in gold blocks.

I asked you about it a while back. It still hasn't opened here, but I noticed today it got a Best Pic nominatiation.

As an insider, was that unexpected? It wasn't on any of the "likely" lists I read....

9. Lots of reviewers saw it, but we just couldn't make the two previews.

Everybody (all the reviewers I talked to) liked the movie.

We're on track to get out of town -- but we have to see it pretty soon -- or in Las Vegas, if possible!
