I'm a great-aunt again (oh yeah, and a leg update)

So here's Luci ! Born to my niece Becki last night at 10:30. Luci weighed in at 8 lbs. 2 oz.



Luci's grandmother (aka "Mem") is my sister with the leg issues. She got some good news this past week--there is BONE GROWTH! 8 months after her accident the doctor FINALLY sees bone growth. They're going to do a CAT scan to determine how much bone growth. If it's substantial, they may not have to do bone grafting as part of the last reconstruction of her leg/ankle.

It's a good day in our family.
