I finally laid a hand on the alien invader in my home!
It stood still for my laying a hand on it and petting it sometime early this morning. We shared a can of tuna to celebrate. When I woke a while ago we repeated the performance. Now if I can only find someone who will take it and swear to keep it indoors!

3. Yeppers, it took a couple of weeks to touch it. It's trying to decide...
If it likes petting, or not. The poor critter doesn't seem to know how to play either. :-(

19. THE CAT has now discovered feral cat's natural prey is...
...Chicken Kickers from Domino's Pizza. So much for the myth of them being repeled from gardens and flower beds by Cayenne Pepper, though I did take off most of the breading.

7. I walked up the street to vist a neighbor and three cats, mother and two kittens
followed me home.

They are in the yard now, fed and sleeping in the doghouse my dog will not sleep in.

If no one claims them they will be barns cats at my aunt's farm.

9. Barn cats are fascinating.
We've had several over the years. They were my favorite pets. They are so fun! And when they have kittens, it's the BEST!!

10. My Aunt's old bunch of barn cats have passed on so a new ones are needed.
I used to watch my Grandparents barn cats, mother, sisters, aunts, and babies.

They had their own little world.

12. I know people who attract owls to their barns. They prey...
at night when the poultry is up and are excellent mousers.

13. Feral Cat's natural food is fish filet patties
Feral Cat's favorite natural food is fish filet patties from Mickey D's, This one in my house just ate the one I bought it. I wiped most of the tartar sauce off on the bread and ate the bread myself. Am I going soft?
Not hardly, I'm just trying to tame it and save its life. I'm still convinced it has no place in our ecosystem killing our wildlife!

21. Ah, bedmice!
Quark loves bedmice. The other cats either have figured out that it's just feet under the covers or can't be bothered, but Quark will chase bedmice until we kick him off the bed. :)

26. Thank you. Remember, THE CAT does not live here...
It's lying here next to my feet waiting on me to feed it something. I suppose I'll feed it the other half of this ten dollar order of crab cakes and I'll eat a cold Pop Tart. I gotta find a home for this critter!
