ZenLeftyGirl has admitted to betting on hockey

In an exclusive interview with ZenLefty that will never air, ZenLeftyGirl admits to betting on hockey.

After denying it for nearly 10 minutes, hockey fan extraordinaire ZenLeftyGirl is admitting that she bet on hockey and on her own team while she was supposed to be working.

ZenLefty was clued in to the story when ZenLeftyGirl learned of the subtractions from the Avalanche starting lineup on Sunday night. "Sakic's out with a broken jaw, and Sauve's in goal? (expletives deleted), I'm gonna lose!" It was then that the awful truth emerged.

"The receptionist got a call asking for 'the bookie'. I knew right away it was for me," she admitted.

"I bet on tonight's gave against Minnesota," the hockey fanatic told ZenLefty in an interview never to be aired. "I bet that the Avalanche would beat the Wild by a 2 goal margin."

"My only mistake was allowing myself to be hustled," she said. "I should have just bet on a 1 goal margin."

Though she declined to comment, sources close to ZenLeftyGirl said she would have to wear a Minnesota Wild tee-shirt on the next 'dress down' day at her office if she lost. Thankfully, Forsberg netted an empty net goal at 19:15 in the 3rd period, saving her the shame.

5. Absolutely!

Adults can get in for $12.00, but children 10 years and younger are half that. :D

(and if you mention senior citizen discounts to her, you might have injuries similar to Joe Sakic right now...)
