1. Did you copy the code that the upload gave you

into your profile? Code should be something like 'personal/179367.gif', and this has to be pasted into the box next to where it says "Avatar Image
You can choose from following images or upload your own. To use your uploaded avatar, add the following to your avatar box:"

4. I did that. I give up. I wish there was an avatar of her added to the ones that we can pick from.

It's easier to use, but since there is not one, I tried adding my own - to no avail:(

5. Also make sure you click on the exact extension,

either gif or jpg file in the upload window.

10. The file format is the type of file... either 'gif' or 'jpg' ...

A 'bmp' file won't work.
