1. 10 min tops
maybe less

I've done it in less when it was freezing cold in the middle of the night on the interstate, long ago, wasted out of my mind, with a car full of people.

In my older sober state of mind 10 min.

3. 20 minutes? If you can get the lug nuts off.
Many dealers/garages use higher than recommended pressure settings on air wrenches and them suckers are HARD to budge.

10. I had to call a wrecker once to tow me
to the tire shop because the lug nuts were too tight. Several guys tried to loosen them & it didn't work. Not even with a cheat a bar.
