I got lost there. And it's true in some cases, form follows functionality but say you were given a choice...one or the other but you couldn't have both...which would you choose?

then you're referring to a wholly other matter i.e. when hubby refers to what he refers to as Pixie/Faerie Attire such as shoes with string straps laced round the ankle and little more as being "stylish but not useful"...form has not followed function and so they are therefore only in the lightest sense formed and teetering on function if at all and perhaps especially when that little string *snaps* getting in or out of a cab with a head full of tipsy bubbles

During computations, you have to take in certain considerations about form and function. Namely:

How do you want your form to function?
What is the ultimate function of your form?

Form function formulation hasn't been narrowed down to an art form yet.
