A little depressed tonight here on GD
Thinking a lot about my mom and life in general:

These photos were mostly ones mom kept in her photo albums.

Sometimes I just have problems dealing with her loss. Tonight is one of those nights.

Life has some great things outside of my loss of her - but it seems to haunt me like a ghost.

I guess I just need a friend tonight on this issue.

5. I'm sorry, Straight Story
We're here for you. Nothing is more painful than the loss of a loved one. You are dealing, as well, unless I'm mistaken, with AutumnMist's illness. That's a lot for anybody to cope with. As long as you remember your mother, part of her, the best part, will still be alive.

I speak from experience...some pains you never get over, although the intensity can vary from one day to the next. At some point, it becomes something you can deal with, but the hurt will always be there. There is no right or wrong way to grieve. You just feel what you feel, and try to get through it. My prayers and thoughts are with you.
