What are some classic boardgames that I should have?
None of those fancypants modern games with buzzer and shit like taboo. Just straight up board games with easy to learn rules.

1. Life and Masterpiece.
Life, for the absurd stuck-in-the-1950s life lessons it imparts, and Masterpiece because it's cheaper than obtaining an Art History degree.

4. Risk. Just plain old Risk for you.
Me, I like the "buzzer and shit like taboo" variants like Risk 2210 AD. (Let's nuke the Moon! Woo hoo!)

5. Park and Shop
Edited on Sat Jan-27-07 01:12 PM by RetroLounge
Made before huge malls and parking lots the size of small suburbs.

Must street park strategically to be close to where you want to shop...

26. That was my favorite!
:hi:

One year for my birthday I got Green Ghost. My best friend was so jealous.

It glowed in the dark, and if there is a game (other than Risk) with more pieces than that one, I don't know what it is.

18. Clue is tha best!
We used to play all the time. When you get good it's kind of like playing poker, because you can totally bluff your opponents and mess with their heads and stuff.
