Thinking of seeing The Last King of Scotland today
Has anyone here seen it? Should I bring a sweatshirt with a hood to pull over my eyes in case of gory scenes?

Apart from that, I heard Forest Whitaker's Idi portrayal is amazing.

Idi Amin felt some kind of kindredship with the Scots because they wanted independence from England, and he wrote to their parlament, or to some of their revolutionaries or something and said if they allowed him to help them win independence and let him be their king, after he died they would have full freedom to be a democracy or whatever they wanted.

Hence, he would be their last king.

3. I saw it when it first came out
and Forest Whitaker's performance is astounding. He really deserves all the accolades he's been winning lately.
