Seeking help finding a thread
on new years eve there was a thread on the funniest posts ever. In THAT thread somepne linked to another that talked about an evening at Ryan's - someone ... please help me find it.

3. the story was about a guy who eats lots of macaroni and beef
then having diarrhea and vomiting at the same time with no toilet paper and his wife has to come fetch him from the Ryan's bathroom
