Totally stupid technical gripe, but on the top of my (caramel/vanilla) :9 pudding cup it has a "use by" date.
How does one "use" pudding? Don't you just "eat" it?
I'm sure the Lounge is good for some prudent "usage" suggestions, but really. It's dumb. Pudding-makers should be dragged by their ankles and beaten 'round the head with butterscotch-smeared switches.

1. You just gave yourself a great idea, LaraMN. |
|
However, I really don't think the "use by" date should apply to pudding and other such things. There are so many preservatives in them that WE would probably expire before the pudding!

8. Well, since I only have until "Mar 21 2007" to "use" this particular batch, |
|
I guess I'd better be decisive!

2. Oh, I can think of a couple ways to use pudding with you |
|
but it would get this thread locked.
But, I think it is a misuse of the word, too.
