I'm almost to post #1000 how long did it take you to get this far?

I started on Oct 27, 2006. A vast majority of the posts were about the election, but a large number were in reference to the "douchebag wars of 2007" as well. Hopefuly I will hit 1000 in a little more than three months.

How long have yall been on and how long til #1000?

10. I sometimes have a week where I dont post anything, but then another week has something completely

nuts going on and I post 100 in a couple of days. I really need to get a life, I guess.

And then I wonder how I found that much to say. :shrug:

And then I look at the people who have 50,000+ posts and wonder how that's possible. They not only post continually, they even manage to sound intelligent and coherent. :P

5. 6 months almost to the day

I started posting here on Feb 10th 2004 and a DU search revealed that my 1000th post was on Aug 5th 2004. Right now I'm about 300 posts away from 10,000. I want to see if I can post my 10,000th on my 3 year anniversary

6. I think it took me about 5 months to reach 1000 posts.

18. I joined September 24th, 2005, the day of the last big DC protest.

I had 100 posts by the end of that day and 1,000 posts by the end of October of that year.
