Arrest warrants are out for 31 year old Bobby Holliday. The father of three girls faces felony child-neglect charges. The commonwealth attorney’s office is hoping he turns himself in for the incident last Thursday.

Investigators had Bobby Holliday within arm's reach last week. The father drove to this Mechanicsville McDonald’s after his wife was shot in the neck at Fairfield Court.

He reportedly went there to buy heroin with his three little girls, all under 5, in the back seat. His wife, sitting on the passenger side, was shot when the teenage drug dealer allegedly tried to rob the family.

NBC12 has learned that Bobby Holliday has had previous run-ins with the law. Last summer he was arrested for possession of marijuana and found guilty by a Henrico judge. Two years ago he was arrested for petty larceny.

All three little girls have been doing OK since the shooting. They reportedly are staying with an uncle.
