6. WTF?
You're going to have to go into a little more detail for those of us who aren't following your point.

As in ... why?

3. Ummm...
I only agree with Seinfeld, Simpsons, Cheers...

Your list is mostly 80s/90's sitcoms. There were a lot of great sitcoms in the 50's, 60's and 70's, too...

Bob Newhart
Mary Tyler Moore
Taxi
Dick Van Dyke
Green Acres
All in the Family
Dobie Gillis
I Love Lucy

Not to mention the Brit-coms...

Fawlty Towers
Ab-Fab
...etc

I'm tired, or I'd list more...

5. Whenever someone mentions MASH
I always think of MAD Magazine's tombstone inscription for it:

MASH

A show that kept us laughing for 12 years...

about a war that lasted 3

8. "The Honeymooners?" Anyone? Anyone?
Without "The Honeymooners," many of the above-mention sitcoms would not exist.

:toast:

11. simpsons is the best on this list, but what about
Fawlty Towers, Red Dwarf, Goodness Gracious Me, Father Ted or Blackadder? They outshine the lot of'em. And Simpsons isn't really a sitcom, is it now?
